VPS Hosting is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual looking for a career in business development and are looking to work with one of asia's leading virtual hosting providers.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and promotion of hosting services
- Generating potential leads
- Handling sales enquiries and general customer support
- Explore, pursue and develop new business opportunities in the hosting industry
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Higher in Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 years working experience in business development/marketing of web services is a must
- Experience in Online marketing and social networking marketing is a must
- Working experience in the Hosting industry will be an advantage
- Good analytical mind, negotiation, well organized and time management skills
- Mature, creative, dynamic and presentable with strong business and market sense
- Excellent communication skill and proficient in both written and spoken English and Putonghua

Customer Service Officer
VPS Hosting is seeking a dedicated individual looking for a career in Customer Service and are looking to work with one of asia's leading virtual hosting providers.
Responsibilities:
- Front line support via live chat and telephones.
- Troubleshooting a variety non-technical issues customers are having with their web hosting plans and services.
- Provide technical support for level one escalation issues via helpdesk.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skill and proficient in both written and spoken English and Putonghua.
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.
- Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
- Working experience in the Hosting industry will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Plesk and Parrallels Preferred.
- Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.
- Experience with documenting procedures including basic billing and invoicing.
